Benny

Edward has a UZZ32. Reconditioning the pump is an epic and will cost much, much more than $50 for the kit. I have not ever seen a reconditioned UZZ32 pump for sale. I sincerely hope it is not the pump that is causing the problem.

Regards

Click Here For the link to where Smiffy rebuilds the suspension pump. The power steering pump is the little bit at the back of the susp pump.

It's mostly on the susp pump, but has a bit of info on the p/s pump.

For the brake actuator, run a search for ABS, TRC and other varieties. I can't find the thread I'm looking for, but will keep looking.

Keep us updated with your progress, Please. :-)

Hello Dan thanks for the info its a great help. I have found some information regarding the actuator but i cant find the nitrogen volume pressure to fill the actuator otherwise i would do it like i did with the struts. Also i found that the 2uzfe 4 runner got the same master cylinder being a australian delivery i thought i would ring up VACC to give me the info but they said it has to be replaced and no information available. Looks like i have to buy very very soon brakes are spongy
thanks again

If you can find out the pressure the pump switches off at, roughly half that should be close for the nitrogen pressure.

What was the final solution for the ABS error on startup? I'm up for a replacement master cylinder (oil leak) so maybe this will fix it?

Adam, The oil leak that the Trac Master does is just one small seal at the end.
Have to remove cylinder to do it..Then semi dissasemble..Not that hard to do..
