Was looking into buying fuel pump and injectors maybe 1000cc? but dont have much of a idea on the subject, Firstly what would needed for a V8, are 1000cc injectors to big? as well as what estimated price would I be looking at. Would this be a worthwhile mod for a V8 with intake, exhaust/extractors, shift kit?

"NO"

With those Mods you would only need a SMT 6 Piggyback ECU for fine tuning

1000 cc injectors would probably only be necessary if you're running 40 psi boost and looking for 1000 KW.

Also what he^^^^said.

You would only need bigger injections if you couldnt get the AFR any richer on stock injectors, right? o.O

85% duty cycle is considered safe. When you go above that it is nearly holding the injectors open all the time. This is when you need larger injectors.

1000cc injectors would be overkill no doubt.
The stockers are fine for any NA mods, and low boost applications. Dont forget that you have 8 of them to begin with, and for a given power level you dont need anywhere near the same size as most engines would.

Get a piggyback ecu tuned, extractors, exhaust system and do your intake properly. It will make good power =)

Also consider a TT diff swap combined with a shift kit. Should make for some relaible fun.
