Thought ide post up a pic of my auto shifter after i re trimmed it myself with black leather.
Have been slowly piecing together other dash trim panels which i have also re upholstered in the same black leather.
Might start doing these for other people who are interested. This was my first attempt and came out pretty good.
Has one line of stitching along the front facing side.

I am toying with repainting all the plastic parts and buttons gloss black.
I have a 2nd shift knob that i will be doing all black.
I don't mind the stock spruce/grey buttons offsetting the black leather, but for my whole interior i am going for a black on black effect so i will probably go with the 2nd one if the paint comes good.

I did paint over the overdrive button and the writing is still visible as it is slightly embossed which is a good.

Will keep posting up more pics and info as i go.

I have heaps of leather too if anyone else is interested in getting one done.

Just a little update. I am now making these regularly with some slight variations, options for anyone interested.
I have a few at the moment to sell, or i can retrim them for anyone interested, who can send their shifter to me.
Pm me for more info.
