Hi guys

I've only had my soarer for a couple months now and I don't think my alarm is working. It has aftermarket remote entry and I'm pretty sure it's got an aftermarket immobilizer.

I have been told if the red light flashes fast that there may be a problem, and it does flash quite fast, a bit faster than a flash a second.

I have tried a few things; locking the car, waiting a minute or so then kicking at the rear tyre. Also tried locking the car whilst inside it with the remote and waiting then opening the door with the handle. I was told this works on most cars.

Is that red light near the dash stock? What else should I do to test the alarm?

There is sometimes a key switch on the back of the siren that can be used to de-activate the siren part of the alarm.
