| Hi all just want to get everyone's advice with my next upgrades. Currently: 2JZGTE - R154 Catback exhaust. Bought: TRD Grey Bilstein suspension Supra whiteline swaybars + solid subframe mount Steel brake lines Alloy radiator FMIC I want to do the following: SUSPENSION Solid subframe & diff mounts Upgraded bushings Front strut bar TRD LSD New wheels Any other suspension upgrades? BRAKES 6 pot fronts & 4 pot rears (which will require new wheels) POWER Construct cold air box Dual boost controls for turbos FCD Upgrade fuel pump & injectors RSM/SLD My thoughts are Suspension first, then brakes, then power. I just want to know what would guys suggest as the next upgrade? |

| frangipani stickers for extra 20rwkw Maybe a TRD thermostat, they're cheap.. Nah, I'd install the FCD, FMIC, LSD, maybe a set of aftermarket dump pipes (and put a cat at the end of the dumps to avoid boost spikes) then enjoy! You've got the TRD Grey Bilsteins (They're reasonably firm) but handle well, so you should be pretty well sorted. |

| James forgot to mention already got a TRD Thermostat No power is easy. Suspension is most costly and most important. Then these babies mmmm

strut bar on a double wishbone front end is just wank. Clutch style LSD's suck and require re-shimming every ~30,000km. just find a T2 torsen and forget about it! less add-on electronic boxes just get one good ECU to run the lot Is factory air-box a restriction? rest is good... |

Nothing wrong with a bit of wank.. :p TRD LSD is not clutch style, its mechanical 1.5 or 2 way Factory airbox has been removed (not by me). Its got a pod sucking in hot air so ill be tackling that soon. |

| depends what your goal with car is and what your budget is. i've often been told you have more fun in a car with great suspension and handling then brute force |

| I am doing ALL those mods listed above. I just wanted peoples opinion on WHAT to do next. For example: Light wheels are the same price as doing suspension bushings and solid diff mounts...which one should I do first? Or Light wheels are similar price to TRD LSD..which one should i do first? |

| Ouch. Your car reads like a track car build. Of my cars it reminds me most of my evo which is the quickest car out but is horrid on the road. Hope the Soarer is more accomodating. I opt brakes, suspension, power. I think that way you learn the car and racing (if u intend) in true fashion. Reminds me of getting quicker times in my mr2 when it was slower compared to when it had riduclous hp |

| You already have a 2jz. I'd say so brakes first but if you have to find wheels first then it might be too costly so do suspension first. Supra 4 pot brakes are so amazing. |

Er, but it wouldn't with a Toyota engine. It's win win all round, and as an extra bonus it pisses of the Bmw original fan boys than don't approve of the Toyota engine. |

| Do your suspension mods first, then brakes. Don't worry about lightweight wheels until the end. Unless you are racing, you will not notice them. Only reason I would do the wheels, is if you needed them to clear brakes. Good suspension will make the car more enjoyable from a drivers perspective. Be careful you do not take it so far that no one will want to be in it- like your missus,LOL. (solid diff mounts would be to much for a streeter in my opinion, but I am old.) |
