Hi all,
Here are a couple of pics of our Soarer with its new wheels. They are off a 2002 GS300, 16" with Bridgestone Potenza GIII tyres, nearly new. We picked them up off TradeMe NZ, and as they were in New Plymouth where Don Bagnall lives, Don was instrumental in getting them to us on remote Norfolk Island. He handled the gift-wrapping and internal transport in NZ (to the wharf in Auckland) so to Don a HUGE thank you

I'll post some more pics later- after driving to the beach for a photo shoot the camera battery died after only two shots.

Cheers,
Mike (and Imah).

G'day Don, we're very pleased with the wheels, they look and feel great! Are you back home yet?

Thanks again for your efforts with the wheels, much appreciated:-)!

Benjamin, it stands to reason that a small territory with 2000 people and its own rego setup won't have big numbers... as it happens 2000s are an earlier series (they are up to 6999) reissued, and we always have a number starting or ending in "5". Our Wizard has a 3 digit number, and there were new 2-digits around but they were snapped up by those "in the know". Even the singles (1-9) are in regular use.

Hey Mike, great shots. How about some more shots around the island. It's always good to see photos of exotic locations.

These are all I have for the moment, Alan. When the sun comes out again I'll get some more. At the moment we have low cloud and drizzle which can last for days.

The buildings and walls you can see were convict-built during Norfolk's First Settlement. They are the best Georgian architecture on Australian territory.

The earlier one with the chimney is the Administrator's Office (like Governor).
