I suggest Miles Baker takes a a long walk of a short plank for having no idea what he is talkng about. The only reason you would back a scamer is if you are one too.

Why am I posting? Because you started this. You opened it up to the court of public opinion by posting on an open forum. You proclaimed you were in your shining suit of armour trying to protect the rest of us.
Well I'm in the jury of public opinion, and your case is far less than air tight. Verdict has come in and it's "hung jury". And yes that is a hint that I have a huge penis.
You wanna air your crap in an open forum? You're gonna get it thrown back at you. You're behaving like a stupid little kid, crying scam when you have jack proof or even any good circumstantial evidence.

Can you read english? Look at Taplin's posts and his email? Are you blind? I hope you learn from this experience because I think you may be a victim of fraud in the near future from people like taplin. Stay safe and read between the lines.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Last Sunday I fitted a set of Peter T's re-manufactured accumulators. They fitted perfectly, and after going through the usual procedures of filling the system with the suspension fluid, they are working great, in fact I would go so far as to say they are brilliant. The ride is again smooth with none of the traditional active harsh ride or bounce. Peter T has been nothing less than professional with our business dealings and I would have no hesitation in dealing with him again. Thanks again Peter for your proactive, pioneering engineering work.
This was originally and probably still is my thread, so I'd like to reiterate what I posted 6 or 7 weeks ago - I have no connection, no axe to grind or anything else except a business dealing with Peter - Thanks again Peter and I'm happy to deal with you again.

How many user names has that guy got here I wonder?
I actually own 2 of them. And I agree, it’s a silly thing to try and scam people’s money like that, especially a fellow Australian, active owner and member of the community. But, that’s what he is trying to do.
Do you really think he sent the first pair of shocks like he claims and they got lost in the mail? Why does he not produce the tracking number for all to see as promised? Than he says he never sent them but he lost them and than sent another pair? Again he said he will send a tracking number and insure the package. Still, no tracking number the second time and than his email starts bouncing. Go figure.
Show us all the proof of shipping x 2 Taplin and restore your creditability so I don’t have to visit you on my next trip home and I won't email your MD with the info he has requested about your behaviour.

@Miles Baker
I can get them repaired locally and cheaper, I can even do it myself if I wanted to but I prefer to support the Australian Soarer fans and send my business down there but this will probably be the last time I send any money or parts to Australia. They must be doing it tuff down there if they have to try and scam their way around, well at least taplin anyway.
A guy in Enland tried the same thing on me not long ago and he come off second best and I got my money back and I didn't even have to drive over to pom land and extract it from him. Hahah Pom! Remember me?
Now stop barking up the wrong tree barker, hehehe I mean Baker.
