This is the closest thread I could find to what I am currently experiencing. I have had all my bushes replaced, inc. steering rack, so I don't think that could be top of the list of possible culprits.
This happens only on the front wheels and only when on full lock going in either direction. To describe it best, after perhaps almost a full rotation of the wheel it feels like the wheel has just come off a low kerb. This feeling is made worse if the tyre were to roll over a small twig or stone. It is really disconcerting!

I had a similar issue except on full lock in reverse, new bushes etc, finally insisted that the wheel alignment be done to the factory settings ie equal caster L&R and 4 deg toe on the rear( if one more wheel "expert" tells me that you have to have more caster on the left to stop the car pulling left there will be one less expert in the world) and hey presto all better and no pull to the left
