Can anyone tell me if these are height adjustable, these ones are for sale but I have some the same and did not know that this was the case.

umm they dont LOOK like it, but im no suspension pro. I thought for them to be adjustable as in height, they needed thread that allows you to wind up or down the base of the spring.

Don't look adjustable. Might be able to adjust damping if the black knob on the end turns???

Adjustable coilovers usually have a movable lower spring seat on a threaded section of the shock absorber itself (as James alluded to).

Some Bilsteins have a collar type spring mount. It can be moved and a new rest for it cut with a lathe.

They have a pin type adjustment , there are usually 3 sets of lugs sticking out at different heights and you take the spring weight off the bottom mount and you can set it onto the lower lugs , not the best way to adjust height , you are supposed to have the correct weight spring to give you the static sag you need and then adjust that as a whole to get the height you want .
