Hi everyone,

My 94 limited has a slight problem with it's airbag suspension.

The rear driver's side is sitting lower then the other side(between 1 inch to half an inch).

I replaced all 4 airbags about 2 years ago and they still work perfectly ie. they still inflate and deflate as they should and they don't lose air either.
I also have a ASE664 height controller which is about 2 years old aswell.

I have done the following:
* reset the suspension computer,
* the height rod was about 1-2 mm different to the other side,
* adjusted the height rod 2 full turns which made little to no difference.

Could there be a problem with the black box that is connected to the height rod?

I have done a long search through the archives and previous posts but still have'nt found a fix so any help would be much appreciated.

on the drivers side without letting the car to adjust (release the air in aigbags)for my weight when i get out (100kg)will sit 1/2 to 1 inch higher.

suggest to you put the height rod screw so the rears are even both sides.

remove the height controller.
drive are around for a day or 2 then see how it is.

if that did not fix it. reinstall the height controller and tell that side to raise a little more than the rest

throughly clean anything to do with the height sensing parts

Scott, good ideas mate, will give them ago,
The height controller that I have will let you adjust the front sides independently of each other but the rears can only be adjusted together at the same height.
Does anybody know what the black circular box that is connected to the height rod on the rears?

Cameron, it's been mentioned before that the UZZ31 doesn't do the rear height independently.

You will have to correct the rear by changing the front.
