Hello
My car is going over the pits in a week. I have taken out my lowered rear shocks and springs (i have lowered spring all around) and i have put the stock rear shocks and springs back in.
My question is. How do you take out the front shocks and springs?

Exactly what he said. Will need a second person to push down on the hub to give you extra room to 'jiggle' the struts out. You can get coilovers out pretty easy by winding them down(making them shorter) without the need to remove the sway bar link, but it sounds like you have struts and aftermarket springs.

Here is a photo of a rear after market sway bar(yellow makes it easy to explain), but the link is the same. Undo either of the nuts and the link can be 'unlinked'. This is sufficient to take the tension off your suspension to allow that little more room to get the shocks out. I have only ever removed the link from one side and that has been plenty.
Once you have all the bolts undone, a mate standing on the hub, or using a length of wood to lever the A arm down makes the removal of the strut easier.
