If you mean the rubber coupling then you need to unbolt the coupling itself. Then, unbolt the tail shaft bearing (its behind a heat shield) so that you can drop it down and pull the tail shaft forward and out of the coupling.

Before you do any of this, you'll probably need to drop out the exhaust.
