So im looking to lower my car to legal ride height in sa, whatever that is atm. And dont want coilovers. So what springs are good, considering they dont make superlows from pedders. Basically want as little body roll as possible and will be looking into sway bars later on.

If you want less body roll then stiffer springs and anti-roll bars are what you want. Lower springs may happen to increase stiffness and stiffer springs may happen to be lower but if stiffness is what you want, buy stiffness rather than buying lower height and hoping for what you wanted.
Hi Layton, go visit Aurora springs on Port road. They can make you a custom spring to whatever height or stiffness you want. And another good thing is they dont sag like kings when they age and they are made here in Adelaide.

Its really not going to matter whether or not you have coil-overs if the cop pulls you over to defect your ride height.
Cop: "Evening sir, your car appears to be very low. Would you mind stepping out of your vehicle so I can whip out my trolly jack and have a look at your suspension?"
