Hi all,
Can anyone please tell me what might be causing a front suspension noise that sounds like squeaky bushes? I have just lubricated the front sway bar bushes with lanolin grease, thinking this was the cause but I can still hear it when I go over speed bumps. Front upper and lower control arm bushes have been replaced with VFT parts and the steering rack bushes are only 3 years old. I was under the impression that only the nolathane bushes were noisy?

Tom, I've had the front end raised thismorning and couldn't feel any vertical movement in the ball-joints when I put vertical pressure on the wheel. I'm guessing that's the only easy way to check them?

have a good look at them and check the rubber boot is not damaged, letting water in. On mine the LCA arm ball was moving up and down in its Housing, and eventually pulled out. There was no grease which led to the problem
