Hey any airbag gurus out there.
My UZZ31 has been sitting a bit down on the left lately.
Got a height controller and works fine, but tried to adjust the left rear sensor and she wont raise that corner. Was thinking the sensor might be on the blink?
Any help most appreciated.

Oh Gees
I thought the planets were in line at the time and the Griffin Shakra was glowing just right but I must have been mistaken!!
Does it make a difference to have the doors closed and the handbrake on? Of course the handbrake would have been on as I'm not that good at lifting a Soarer, but the doors?

I've read a lot over the past few months about aftermarket height controllers frying the Soarer ecu's and generally causing bodge heights.

Maybe it's a good idea to cut the aftermarket ecu out - and adjust via the rods instead before serious damage may happen.

For future reference ~

just read tute above full of misinformation .

first you CANNOT raise or lower rear heights independently they work as a pair if you adjust one rod both rears will move together,
second , you do not have to drive it for the computer to adjust heights, once you have made an adjustment to the rods start the car CLOSE the door be in N h/brake on and touch the brakes , the computer will wake up and adjust at this point .Rob if you stop put on h/brake and in N ,engine running ,when you open your door you should hear a hiss as d/side drops down a small amount .

Hi Dave,
I get the hissing and raising with my car, everything is fine in that respect.
The issue is that the front drivers side suspension is always too high.
Pretty sure it was fine when purchased a year ago however.
It's always 1 inch higher than front left, no matter if low or high.

I plan to get to the drivers side front rod and lower it around 1 inch.
It's gotta be better than now, right? :-)
All other corners are the same height.

Also, from memory - usually when I get in the car, the pump raises it for 5 seconds or so, it doesn't actually lower it and hiss.

I'll recheck in a few hours.

Just thinking - if somebody fat was to drive the car, would that raise the drivers side more than passenger side?
Ie. So when you get out - the drivers side looks like it's on stilts - but when driving it is level as your fatness lowers the drivers side?

Hrmm... I don't think my weight is causing it - it's obviously a rod issue hopefully.

I'm only 6 foot and 100kg!
