Hey guys, im checking out a Celsior C-F model, tan interior, 89,000Kms. Just got a few questions about them if you guys could help me ASAP as i need to decide if i wanna take it or not by monday! 1/ The front A/C panel that has the temp and time is blacked out from it leaking... are they easy to fix? 2/ there are no tools in the boot... should i be concerned about that? 3/ The CD changer does not have the actual cd holder thingie that pops out when you open it... would that be hard to find? 4/ It does not have the air purifier controls... are C-F models meant to have it or only some of them? 5/ we took the celsior for a test drive, my mate was in the back seat and he made it recline, and he noticed when it was reclined it sorta felt like it was sliding a little bit when driving, he felt it was sliding back and forth about 1inch or so... is that normal?
Body wise is in ok condition, has a few scratches in the paintwork though, shoud not be too much to fix. drives good, leather is ok, got a few wear cracks though, but its not in urgent need of being fixed though.

AC Panel on a CF can't be replaced by anything other than a factory Toyota unit. As it is a complete part with the head unit, just bend over, grab you ankles and wait for the price from Toyota.
The tools are nice to have but not a necessity. As long as you have the jack and handle in the spare wheel well and have your own spanner for the nuts you'll be right.
CD cartridge is a standard 6 disc pioneer same as home stereo uses. Occasionally found on ebay or at cash converters. Some hi fi stores still sell new ones.
Air purifier was an option.
Rear set should be fixed in place. These are a bastard to get out to change the seatbelts for compliance so it's possible the dodgy bros. compliance mob didn't fit it back together properly.
Look up in under the boot with a torch and see if you can see the sub woofer. Check to see if it has any foam around it holding the cone in place. Many early Celsior's have stuffed sub woofers and these are nearly $300 to replace.
