| I can tell you a true cat story. I ran over one - accidental of course. I had my girlfriend ( long time ago ) in the car and backed up towards it. She said - are you going back to save it? My response - Hell no - I'm going back to make sure it's dead! Which I successfully did by going back & forth over it a few times to put it out of it's misery. I dropped her off and that's the last I saw of that girlfriend. |

| Rabbits, kangaroos, same issue. Cats do not work so well after they have been run over once. Too small with too many fine bones. I have had two injured ones in the family for a combined 28 years in sequence, so I have seen it. Our present cat has lasted uninjured and undead as long as the previous three combined, so I say she was squeamish. She should be well into her forties now. I wonder if she has switched positions and would now support self-selected euthanasia? Morbid evening Edit: 29
