Thanks Dan... well, if we can finalise a design, I will re-make the entire thing with the vectors I have and can email the final file direct to the printer. How does that sound?
I'm going away for the next week, so don't hold your breath for any responses in the next few days

Both work this morning... and no I don't cache anything EVER. I use Maxthon as my client so maybe there was a problem however I can not think what it would have been.

Well, I still haven't gotten around to putting Photoshop back onto my iMac. I was going to go the same route as Silvia using the photo-quality silhouette rather than the plain white one.
I was also thinking a dual-sided design. Silhouette on the front, caption "...for mind cruising" and a "See-over" graphic in the bottom-right corner.
On the back, have a more detailed spiel along the lines of "You've been spotted by a member of the Australian Lexus Soarer Club. As the owner of one of these beautiful and unique vehicles, you are invited to join and participate with other enthusiasts who share your passion for quality automobiles. www.lexusaustralia.org" and then the ALSC logo at the bottom.
I'll get my photoshop groove on HOPEFULLY tomorrow.

Personally if I read on the back of the card 'you've been spotted....' it would make me think I was being watched and wind me up. Maybe something softer like 'as a Soarer owner, you are invited etc etc'.
I've already put a couple of cards out as we tend to have quite a few Soarers here. To me, it reminds me of that Monty Python scene in The life of Brian, where everyone sits round saying 'something should be done, ACTION needs to be taken and then they have yet another meeting. Why not just print out one of (already excellent) cards here and shove 'em out? That way the site is getting possible new members straight away rather than keep aiming for the PERFECT card and waste time. Mind you, I have to be honest, I have always been a impatient person anyway!
