That would be Autosol I imagine. I used it the other day....works MUCH better than ScratchX, and much easier to apply. Surprisingly, it doesn't leave any scratch marks at all, considering how coarse it is compared to ScratchX.

M-Ron glass polish works well over the entire car, and the lights come up looking trick the great thing about M-Ron is that you dont have to use the polish in the shade. I polish the car in the direct sun and it doesnt stick. but yeah the lights come up great

Just about any cleaner seems to work well on the headlights, just be wary of ones that need to be redone every month or so. Mostly you are taking off a few years buildup of road grime etc, it shouldn't come back that fast unless the polish is leaving a coating which then discolours creating more work for yourself. I still stand by Scatch-X and I think I have only repolished once in 2-3 years.

Perhaps the photos are deceptive or it is in my imagination, but it looks that the Mothers is doing a better job than Meguiars, which I use. Any suggestion that I am not doing a good enough job of polishing will be attacked with more vigour than reason

Maybe the sort of person who purchases Meguiars over Mother is just naturally more lazy/innept?

A Burmese cat held by the paws is an ideal polishing cloth. Hold tight or you and he car WILL get scratched A sheep could be a bit heavy for this aplication.

And very distacting for some members. The wrong things would be polished. Can you use the cat on a buffing machine or is it hand version only ?

Yes, a very good buffer! Just hold tight and the cat does all the work. Do not let go though! Can be a bit of a worry if you're allergic to cat hair as it tends to fly around a bit.
