Two screws at the bottom, two clips at the top and two each side. Sitting in the back seat, remove the screws from the bottom and pull the centre of the panel towards you, using the top as a kind of hinge. The side clips should release (or rip out of the cardboard backing). Once the side clips in the middle are released, pull the panel downwards to the floor of the car.

The little diagram shows the side view.

BE CAREFUL!!

Remove bottom screws. Then with even pressure and about 180mm up from the bottom, push the seat back FORWARD closer into the seat.

When you do this, slip your fingers around the leading edge and bend slightly outwards, towards the doors to flex the part the goes around the seats.

Pushing in releases the clips, and then the bending allows the back to be withdrawn past the little clips. If you don't do this VERY carefully you will rip out the pressed board backing and stuff the thing for sure.

Once both sides are spread evenly, simply pull back towards you as though the seat is hinged at the top. That clears the spring clips.

Then as stated above, simply pull straight down to release the top clips.

Once on the bench and flipped over, you will see all the little spring hats that hold the net support in place.

Using a very good set of pointy nose pliers, grab these from above using the pliers pushing straight down, and screw them off in an anti clockwise direction, don't pull them.

They are designed to be pushed on and the small barbs dig in to the plastic. If you tug on them the plastic WILL snap everytime.

Screw them off cuts a small thread into the plastic which does not affect the re use aspect.

Once off, simply lift the top string out of the slot, pull it tighter and re tie the knot, cut the balance of the string and pop it back in the plastic rail again.

Be careful refitting, some of the bottom stings like to fall out and that would piss you off greatly.

To refit the round clips, it's best to use a small 8mm 1/4 drive socket and push them on with the socket over the top. This gives nice even pressure and wont let the round clips bend and break the plastic as they go on.

When you refit the back of the seat, locate the top clips first so that they are going to go under the top wire frame, then push UP till it fits into place. Then where the side mounts are, simply flex the sides a little and push forwards, they will click into place nicely.

Take your time and have fun. Not the easiest job in the world but if you take your time and dont break anything, it's very rewarding if your nets are badly stretched.

Robert is quite correct, forgot about the way the side clips engage.... I did stuff the clips badly where the pass through the cardboard backing. If you do this, all is not lost. I peeled back the vinyl to expose the hole. I then cut a flat piece of plastic from an ice cream container and used this as as reinforcement, placed between the vinyl and the cardboard. I then drilled the rivets out of the metal clips and replaced the rivets with a flat headed bolt, appropriate washers and a small nut. Used a layer of hot glue to stick it all together, and hey presto as good as new.

Best if you can AVOID this stuff-around though!

i think it is easier to unclip one side at a time
IE: push in about 180mm up from the bottom with one hand, and slip the other hand in behind the leading edge and gently pull out.

Or if you want a quick fix, you could pick up a cord clip for a few cents on eBay. I've tightened my nets with these and tucked the excess inside the net along one side. You don't notice they are there.
