I had my Aristo TT dynoed to get a baseline power reading and to make sure everything was in good health:
(Runs were done in 2nd gear, at "Hi Velocity" in Auckland)

The HPI Aristo dynoed at 199rwhp and I have heard that 160rwkw is about what a stock 2jz-gte makes, so my 184rwkw is about right for a mild exhaust and a FMIC (and 10psi boost pressure).

The main thing is that theres still PLENTY of room for improvement with the stock turbos!

my Aristo was 161.9rwkw on the dyno, dead stock.

Thads,Justin
guys if you want to keep the stock look with the CT20 turbos
just get some V2 compressor wheels fitted
leave the standard ceramic exhaust wheels.
i did this to my old turbos and had 290 rwkw it 16psi
I did do a set of dumps to help allow it to breath properly and 264 cams.

I have convinced my dad to get an aristo.
Hopefully by the end of the year.

ive still got them off, in their place there are 4 peices of 2.5" stainless pipe, sounds like a commodore on cruise and then an external gate on boost...it sounds really gay and I cant wait to finish the rest of the exhaust

hah yeah I have the rear mufflers off too now, a mate is making me some 3 inch pipes to put there until he has time to do the complete exhaust for me. Oh yeah it sounds like a commodore :-(.

the 4 pipes as seen here:

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v329/MR1GGTE/JZS147%20Aristo/07022007101.jpg

give it a nice V8 burble on idle...shame about the 1000-4000rpm note though :-(

Glen
Sorry mate i don't have the part number.
I got mine done in Victoria when ATS was open
If you talk to Bill from ATS (Adelaide turbo systems)in Adelaide he can talk you through what a V2 compressor wheel is and how much
from memory the wheel its self cost under $200
its just the rebuilding and balancing that costs a bit.
