| For those with intercooled supercharged setups can you please post up your pics... I'm interested in the different intercooled solutions that are out there... |

| Ahhh...nice fabrication Gary. I wondered if a piping solution down the right side would have enough room for a front mount.... May not work with my charger set up though as my pulley runs over the top of the radiator hose and therefore may foul the pipes coming down the side..... Any others like to share? |

| By the way Gary how are the pipes running underneath ? I gather you have an east/west entry exit? Or did you source a cooler with the entry/exit on the same side?... |

| Yes Gregg they do run underneath I might go for a Water to Air Barrel maybe a PWR & Yes remember my Supercharger is up the other way to yours |

| Hey guys, i also have a setup like Gary's except mine is running a water to air intercooler. I haven't uploaded a recent pic but when i put it on the computer i will upload it for everyone.

| Suppose it works to cool the intake temperature but it's not exactly pretty. |

| Oh cool, do show. Though I must say its quite hard to run an intercooler between the supercharger and the engine due to the space constraints, how you have done it is one of the 'easier' ways, just means lots of piping. Is that an air-air setup or water to air? |

Hi Gary, as you can see i am basically running the same setup as u, it has been running 7-8 PSI for nearly 3 yrs and 50,000kms. no major problems in this time. How long did you have your setup? |

| i had it dyno'd at powercruise 2008, it was running really rich but still made 200rwkw. i reckon with a full exhaust, my 315cc injectors and an aftermarket computer it would be a weapon. since then i have tuned the fuel system by installing the standard injectors back in and adding a r/r fuel reg, porting the m90 supercharger and porting the manifold. plus i have made the intercooling system more efficient i reckon. so i would expect more 215-220rwkw ( so it feels like). yes joel made my manifold and i also bought the blower and 315cc injectors off him. not too bad of a job but i did have to take it to a welder to have it fixed up a little bit. did you get yours on the dyno? what fuel pressure were you running? 40-42psi? |

| I believe i now have Kims old setup. Changed it around a little, to suit my needs... Full brand new light weight rotor packs gone into it with new bearings and seals. Had to helicoil most of the threads on manifold and blower case. Re-positioned the outlet to the front to make pipe work to FMIC simpler and a touch neater. This time next week will hopefully be in to have the Wolf V500 tuned, with afm deleted with straight induction pipe and see just what these things can do on the dyno...

| Just wondering if anyone else that has gone this route gets a high pitch whistle (no not blower whine) on start up until temperature reaches half way? Seems to me to be something to do with the IAC??? If so, what did you do to rectify it as it is quite annoying, Cheers... |
