Well the fun starts this weekend, have everything ready to go. The resized pulleys will be in my hot hands tomorrow, and all the rest of what I need is in the boot. If it all goes well should be going by Sunday afternoon, and on the dyno Monday, I hope. Will take plenty of pictures.

Had good day today, found out what fits, what needs to altered and what needs to be replaced. Also found out what a 3.3 litre Whipple looks like on a quad cam. Got some pics but they are on Lews camera, so will have to wait for them. More tomorrow. Brett come down to Lews workshop tomorrow if you got the time.

Paul, i wouldn't reconnect the water pipes at the ISCV, un-intercooled things will be getting very hot already. Take your time on the dyno, IMO run some higher viscosity oil if the dyno fan isn't all out powerful. Might want to switch to a colder range spark plug also.

No water to the throttle body, water will piped through the ICV, colder range plugs will definately be fitted, being a twin screw I am not overly worried about high intake temps, more efficient than the roots style. So I have been told.

It cost a lot more than I wanted to spend in the first place, Rebuilt trans with shift kit Extractors Exhaust Brakes, Trans cooler Wheels to suit brakes S/C kit Rising rate fuel reg Plus fitting where I could not do it myself It does not take long to add to over $15,000 plus probably a lot more, havent totaled it yet. I dont think I really want to. Lew does all the work on my car.

Peter. Mate from what Paul and andrew set the pullies up to i think it will do some thing like 6-8 psi We haven't checked yet as the pressure reg isn't set and it also hasn't been on a dyno Just yet Paul took it home and was under strict orders not to foot it until every thing was checked on a dyno.hehehehehehehe Paul knows what he is doing so i had no dramas in letting him take it home before hand. but from what i have heard it is heaps better

Thats great news and once again well done. I expect my manifold sometime in the next week from bullet with a blank top plate..my quest is to get the Whipple under the bonnet but looking at yours I may be dreaming... please tell me the bonnet closes?? If it does then with a smaller pulley I may get it under the 32 bonnet even though the snout is longer and further forward.. what are your thoughts..

Peter, Bullet over charge for what I believe is a copy of Andrews manifold, which you can buy through Neil at a more realistic price. The other plus is the quality of the casting. With my set up the top pulley is 93mmOD, and the crank pulley turned down to 135mmOD, which should equal about 8lbs of boost. The centre section of the bonnet support rib needed to be removed, and the top of the pulley has about 5mm clearance, not allowing for toque twisting the motor up towards the bonnet, havent given it everything yet because we still need to put it on the dyno to set the adjustable fuel reg and check AFR's On a 32 with a similar set up to mine you will definately have clearance issues I have only given it a couple of part throttle runs and it feels awesome, having never driven or been in a Eaton powered car I cant really compare

Peter you should get in touch with Blaine Hanson over in Perth, he has an Opcon charger on one of his cars. Might be a bit lower than the Whipple because his pulley clears the bonnet.
