| Hey guys, I have been contemplating supercharging my V8 for a few years now and I always get to thinking, Is it worth the big bucks you have to lay down to get some extra 50hp. I have seen a few that are blown and only pushing around 280rwhp. My N/A pushes 240 at the moment and was just wondering how much boost can you run from a twin screw system if it is intercooled. I would like to get around the 350rwhp mark, (Dreaming I know). But could it be done. I would like to stay away from the turbocharged option. Any info guys would be great. |

| 311 RWHP on a stock motor, original ECU, exhaust, fuel pump. and a rising rate fuel reg. No intercooling and 8lbs of boost, on a Whipple twin screw, bit more than 50 hp increase.
that is from a baseline of 128 RWKW to start with. |

| Its an auto Daniel, for some reason mine hits the rev limit at 5900 revs and wont rev any higher. An after market ECU is being looked into, havent decided what one yet. Supercharging is definitely worth it. |

| Dynos don't tell you everything. I've never driven a supercharged Soarer, but the supercharged car's I have driven have been much more fun to drive than the bottom line power figures would make you think. Of course if quarter mile times and dyno readouts are what you are interested in, then you might be better of getting a JZZ30. |

| Should be within the next 2 weeks Paul. I also have my local engineer CNCÃng a setup for the Twin Screw. So I will be able to have a FMIC with either an M112 or Twin Screw. |

| that looks way tough neil. You would have to do 2 bonnets though, 1 with the hump for road legalness and 1 with just a cut bonnet for cruising. And it looks like your car has way more power in it Paul, even with the current setup. All you need is an ECU to lean the mix a little and raise the rev limit as the power is still going up when it stops! |

No cooler at the moment. When its 100mm higher, it will have a Front Mount A2A.
