This was as far as I got originally with my first supercharger setup before I sold the car, however the bug has bitten again so I will be playing with this Jag setup to put into my rock crawler. The first setup was a Autorotor 3150 with a pair of PWR barrel coolers. The second is all std 2003 Jag, Eaton M112 with impressive sized twin water-to-air intercoolers. Plan to use the Motec MLS on this one as well.

I had this crank pulley made up to address these 3 points.
1. Boost: Keep the 8-rib drive pulley already on the M112 and run a separate belt and tensioner as per Neil's pic above. To increase boost it is better (although not always practical) to increase the crank pulley diameter rather than decrease the supercharger pulley diameter to reduce the chance of belt slip. This setup also allows a relatively easy way to change the drive ratio.
2. Charge: As this engine is going in a 4wd I wanted to overdrive the alternator to help run the driving lights/winch when driving off-road at slow speed.
3. Steering: Again the overdriven ratio will ensure the output of the power steering pump is up to the job of operating the Nissan Patrol steering box at low engine RPM with much larger tyres than standard.

Not sure how much they charge for them but give them a call, speak to Ross or Ben and tell them that I posted the pics on the forum and I am sure they will look after you.

Wow, Both those setups are really interesting. Not sure I fully understand them. I think I understand the air comes from the Supercharger and is pushed thru the air over water cooler but where does the air re-enter the intake?
