After trying to get every last bit of cheap power out of my 1UZ i have decided to try a SC14 and see what the results are.
I know a lot of people think the SC14 is far to small but my points are.
1. I have an SC14 lying around doing nothing 2. Commodore v6 boys get 7psi out of them and the v6 is only .2l smaller that the 1UZ (3.8lv6 - 4.0v8) aswell as the 1uz wont need to rev as much as the V6 so overrunning the SC won't be to much of a problem.
God only knows how I will fit this in the engine bay,

ohhh no not this again...
I'm going to be course with you due to your lack of use of the search feature, but considering your low post count I may forgive you in the future!
Now on with the grilling...
Horsepower is a direct result of how much air you flow though a motor and that is limited by its volumetric efficiency (VE), any type of forced induction such as supercharging or turbo-charging increase the engines VE, VE is not tied to an engines displacement.
also superchargers and turbo-chargers have an efficiency curve similar to engines, so while a SC14 is only ~20cc smaller then a Eaton M90 displacement wise its two lobe rotor design is VERY inefficient.
a M90 will struggle to make >9psi on a 1uz, requiring them being spun to >14000rpm with VERY hot discharge temps.
a SC14 has a redline of 12000rpm
a Commodore v6 is a 2 valve per cyl bucket of manure that struggles to make 146rwkw, chiped, cam'ed, ported and tuned:
