Hi I'm looking at building a twin turbo setup and my goal is to have about 500hp . I was wondering what fuel system upgrades I would need. Can any one help please.

Walbro 255 intank fuel pump will just handle 500 hp.

Bigger injectors. ~550 cc should do in a V8 running petrol. Will need bigger for E85.

Probably a fuel pressure regulator.

And obviously a good ECU to run it all.

I would look at a walbro 255 feeding a surge tank with an over the top pump feeding the engine. I think your suppose to have a pump capable of handling twice what you plan on having to be safe and the surge tank is because with my setup once the fuel got to I think around 15 litres left you couldn't put your foot down because the little tray the pump sits in would empty out. That was with a Bosch 040. At least that's from memory. Haven't had my car for a year now...... :-(

Good idea Josh re the surge tank. nasty thing can happen when your pump just sucking air to a forced induction engine.

lol happened to me twice :-) first was my bad and took some bad advice and left the standard pump in and second the pump failed to produce the flow and both cases ended in a piston with a hole right through the side haha
