Looks like I will be joining the V8 S/C club very soon (m90 isn't great I see that is the consensus, but its a start for me), bought a kit from ebay minus the intake manifold which I will be soon obtaining from bullet. Seller claimed to have 9psi boost pulley on it. So I have a few questions to the people who have already went down this route.
Fuel -My idea is to have stock fuel pump=>surge=>bosch 044 -Injectors are getting upgraded to the ones from supra (lime green. -Do I need rising fuel regulator?
Management -I have E manage Ultimate wired up and ready to tune -Do I just tune it off a MAP sensor?
Supercharger -Main thing I am confused about is the belt-radiator hose interference, how you go about it without crazy mods to the water outlet?, relocate pulley? if so where to get adapter? -Also since I don't run aircon, how easy is it to remove A/C compressor out of the picture?
In terms of vacuum hoses I am more or less confident

Hey Oleg, How are the extractors going?
Agree with Daniel. I had 2 brand new bosch pumps and they both worked great but not for very long :S I replaced them with a walbro 255 and it didn't miss a beat. I also run a rising rate fuel reg.
Supra Injectors work perfect.
Yeah drop the AFM and get a decent MAP sensor.
Don't know if this will help you at all but this is how my charger belt ran to avoid changing the radiator hose.
Sorry for the horrid picture.
The pulley you can see to the left under the charger was sent to me from Neil. So if you contact him he may be able to tell you the size. Also just from my experience with this setup, get as tight of a serpentine belt as you can to avoid it slipping

Hey Josh I actually sold the a while back, decided to get a TT but then changed my mind and now regret it Wanted to ask as to why everyone recommends to get rising fuel rate reg. if I have full control of injector duty through emanage, what's the point of doing it mechanically?

yeah time to do some research, cheers for the pic, actually big help, by the way that little metal pipe next to the radiator hose, did you just bend it out of the way?

The rising rate reg will automatically feed more fuel through on boost. Kinda needed with turbo or blowers. Basically when you hit boost it needs more fuel, so the rising rate regulator, regulates the flow of fuel from off boost to on boost. Hope that helps....

Yeah my dilemma is: is it actually needed if you have piggy back, ie its a cheap fix for people with stock ECU, like a way to get more fuel in with stock injector maps ( injectors open for same amount of time but since pressure is higher the flow is greater and more fuel gets into the cylinder). So since I can control the opening of injectors cant I just get away with stock Fuel Reg?

I doubt it Oleg. The regulator feeds fuel to the injection system, So even if you can control your injectors, you need to control the fuel getting to them. A stock regulator will not handle or control the boosted pressure of the fuel. In my opinion a rising rate regulator is a must for blowers and turbos.
