Right now I am thinking about putting 500cc injectors, upping the boost from 6psi to 8psi and running e85 (dual maps with 98/LPG). I want to hit about 250rwkw with the m90. What do you guys think? I'm running e85 in my Chaser now. Will 500cc be enough. Its about double the stock injectors. At 8 psi I'm thinking the stocks will be near 100% on 98 fuel.

500cc x 8 = 4000cc total. Equivalent to a TT running 660cc or there abouts. I would say that was heaps to be honest, I will be running more that that with 440cc x 6.
Scott have you considered intercooling, either water to air, or air to air. Yes bonnet bulge time.

I don't want to go down the path of intercooler in an already overcrowded engine bay. Have no room left. Already running water injection (not tuned for it just for cooling in case pump fails it's safe). Also LPG vapour, which runs out of flow and switches over to petrol at the 200rwkw mark.

I think it would be a cool project and i'd like to see the results. It's not something you'd hear about.
Have you done anything to your auto though? might be getting time for a shift kit. I know you have a manual, but these autos are quite sturdy and it may not die for some-time.

What were you running to get 350rwkw and was it reliable? Would like to get to 250rwkw. If I can without e85 would be better. Cold start in my chaser on e85 is such a pain.

Scott, I had a Gt35 on it. Was running 12psi. If your 1UZ is the older model (pre-96 I believe), you should be able to avoid E85 to get 250rwkw. The only reason I was on E85 was because I had the late model engine and we were able to push it further on E85 than petrol before it went pop
Anyway, cold start was a problem for sure if you want E85, but there are several ways around it. I never had the issue personally as I had a remote starter and would just turn the car on from inside the house. On petrol, it would always turn on first time but after going E85, it just had to try twice before catching but it always caught by second time so it never bothered me. A mate of mine had this weird setup on his E85 Stagea where it was mapped to use petrol from a small canister for start-up only. Worked beautifully. I could get more details on this if you're interested.
