Hi all. I was driving my car today all of a sudden lost power steering. I pull the car over and fluid was coming out for the reservoir. Topped it up and it was ok for about 2 kay's or so then died again. Got the car back home and when I start the car the power steering pump (i think) is making a really loud whining noise but seems to be working, but not taking it for a drive just incase. The pump dosn't seem to be leaking anywhere and the only leak i could see was from the lid of the reservoir. No error as yet on dash either. Used the search function but couldn't find anything that really gave me a bit of an answer (similar problems but not the same). Any help much appreciated.
