Hi all.

Just hoping somewhere can tell me where i should get my exhaust done in SE suburbs of Victoria? ive gotten quotes from a few places just wanting some 'quality assured' places as experienced by members.

Also i need your opinion, after searching i still cant figgure out perfect combination. I want something that sounds hot / mean.
Was thinking of:

Dump pipes to 3" > 3"cat > Twin 3" piping > Cannons.

whats your guys opinion? will this lead to not enough pressure in the exhaust system (resulting in rwkw power loss)?
How much would you expect this to cost?

Any additional information would be great.

Do the following, its what most guys run...

Dumps > 3" midpipe > 3" cat > 2x2.5" > mufflers/cannon

Some people also insert a muffler just before the split into the two 2.5" pipes to keep the noise down.

I'm running the following setup.

3" front pipe off stock Y split > 3" midpipe & cat > 2x2.5" with 3" mufflers > Cannons

....and its still loud!

At the moment im running..

UAS Dumps -> 3 inch down pipe -> ( New 3 inch Metal Cat 1st thing MOnday) atm just some dodgy 3 inch cat--> SPlit into Twin 2 1/2 inch straight through cannons..

Pretty loud, but i like it:-)

Get some Magnaflow mufflers and go to Hillside Mechanical & Exhaust in Ferntree Gully.

They are on Burwood H'way near Dorset road, they do great work, they have done all mine and my car purrs like a kitten.

Not sure on prices, go down and get a quote. :-)

I went to Melbournes best undercar service in Coburge, its on gaffney street. His name is Ange.

Did my car and it sounds tuff, but I supplied the parts. So i dunno how much he will charge you for a whole system but check him out.
