I didn't look hard enough it seems. On the left side of the box up near the front is the exit of the selector shaft which has a seal, and yes it is leaking. The part is only $10.50 and will be fitted next Monday. Of course it only leaks when the car is stationary because the oil level rises when the transmission is not engaged. I'm wondering if you have the same problem Tai?

Expensive update:
Well, after a week at the toyota shop and 3 more attempts at sealing the sump I have come to the conclusion that the problem might not the seals fault.
I'm starting to think that the sump is being pressurised and then forcing oil past the seal.
Next step is to remove the passenger side PCV valve..
Any other ideas people? I'm running out of them...

hey tai, if the car sits for a few days does it leak when not used? and if you don't boost it too much does it not leak? i would suggest maybe getting an oil pressure gauge (if you don't have one) and see how much pressure you are getting. Is your supercharger hooked up to the cars oil supply? it just may be a freak thing that it is adding extra pressure to the oil system. can you take a photo of the oil dripping from underneath the car. it may be easier to diagnose that way.

Maybe, just maybe, the ALLOY sump section is CRACKED.
I checked this out pretty thoroughly when it was on the hoist... As far as I can see there is not a single drop or weep of oil above the gasket sump line.. Even the oil return is dry and clean.. It really doesn't make sense.
The supercharger is taking a small feed from the oil filter location and returning to the sump.
Oil pressure might be a good indication to have, what is a 'normal' pressure reading? At what pressure should alarm bells be ringing?
The blowing cam seals before sump comment is also interesting as i've heard this before too with people who haven't made the V8's vac lines 'boost friendly'.
I've removed boost from the power steer lines and PCV's both sides.. Are there any others?
