Just wanted to know if there was anybody in the western sydney area that has an emb support cable that i can check and compare to see if my cable is not working or if it is something else?

Make sure you run the latest software for it. Pretty sure there were 2 programs on the cd i gave you, i think one is v1.43 or something? PM Rob Rojo he should be able to help.
