Ok here is what I have done.
Removed all covers
Cleared all water n crap from sparks cylanders
(do I need to remove the soggy spark or would have these been insualated??)
Any other advice when fitting new leads I.E. Lube up the copper?

Take your time, change one lead at a time. The leads should be labeled.
Are you going to change the spark plugs?

Nope - was assured by previous owner that they are fresh (they look it too) have no reason to doubt him.
The leads aren;t labeled though
