ok so seems my heater core is leaking, so i get the fun job of removing the dash to get to it. Everytime the heaters are turned on the car fogs up to high heaven and you can smell the coolant.

Anyone know where to get a new heater core? Or what type they are? Not really looking forward to this job LOL

Will that work? I'm no expert but the dash is the other way around in america and i'm not sure about the differences in the internals of it.

I do not know, but all other parts to my knowledge are the same. It makes sense to use the same parts on lh drive and RH drive cars. Check the usa sites and compare the PN's

A TP magna heater core is the same size as the soarers. Remove your stuffed core take it to your radiator repair shop and get him to remove the heater core tanks and fit them to a new TP magna core, you will need to get some new stick on foam strip to put around the core when you refit it, the foam strip is available at bunnings or the radiator man may have it.

Total cost is about $250, that's what it cost me. Compare this to a new Toyota core, about $800+
