Hi Adrian,
I'm reasonably confident you could just buy all those parts you require from Toyota cheaper than what he is asking. For example a Genuine Waterpump cost me $115 a couple of years ago.
You should just look at getting all the part numbers you require and then presenting them to your nearest Toyota Dealer. Ask for Trade Prices.
On the subject of actually doing your 100K service, I did mine with Lew Radbourne a few years back.
You should contact Dylan McGuire as he is a member of this site and has his own workshop in Brissy and plenty of contacts at Toyota.

You'll probably also find that toyota despite giving toyodiy part numbers give you the wrong parts over and over, and you go to a different store and over and over and finally you just go to a completely unrelated shop and get something that looks identical to genuine and actually for the damn car.
Or such was my experience in brisbane. The total 100k service only cost about $500 but it took longer than a weekend (better part of a fortnight) thanks to wrong parts from toyota x4 + waiting for shipping from japan for the wrong part.
I handed the goddamn part to toyota the second time.
You'll need a rattle gun or a huge breaker bar to get the crank nut off. you'll need that off to get the seal in. I used a giant breaker bar (1m long) and wedged it on the chassis and cranked the car engine till it finally cracked.
The rest is pretty straight forward just make sure you get everything aligned when you put on the cam belt. I checked it like 8 times for fear of being wrong and listening to the engine destroy itself rofl.
