Ok so when under throttle my blow of valve seems to be passing air.

Does this mean it is ready to be chucked out or is there a fix to this?

My bov is one of those cheap hks copys "a good bloody looking copy at that"

It has starting leaking since i added a larger turbo.

Any advice would be great...

seems like its leaking boost from a sloppy spring. try a firmer spring to hold the boost in.

Bin it and get a proper BOV . SPend all that coin on a single conversion , why cheap out now ?
