Sorry if this is old.

http://fumoto.com.au/

Did anyone else see these in P.I.? or has anyone used anything similar?
I reckon its a simple but awesome idea!
I wouldn't mind trying one but am a little worried about the lever and how easily it could be bumped.
Thoughts???

Yes, I've seen them before, used on trucks from an American company. Can't help but think they are prone to mechanical damage from undercar scraping etc

would probably work considering that the v8 and 1j sumps are to one side and arn't at the bottom of the sump but on the side wall area

Cheers guys,

Yeah I was thinking the same thing David, Trying to weigh up risk of getting it knocked or scraped in travel vs. fishing through a dirty oil pan every 5000 k's haha.

Good point Kim!

Thanks for the feedback Steve, How different is the Sump plug position to ours?

I run a 1jz Ali, I'm extremely clumsy too haha I drop the Sump plug in the oil pan nearly every time!

Thanks Matthew, I will jump on there now and have a gander.
