where do i start, i have a miss when cold (see prev post) i have replaced plugs, leads, rotors, caps still i have a miss. could it be fuel pump ? it also surges at about 5000rpm. Next i went on holidays and left my baby undercover at home came home after a week and my speedo is going irratic, then my electric window died it wont go up or down motor is going but no movement, b then to top it all off i went for a drive down the coast and my power steer line dropped down on the ground rubbed through and i had to pay $300 for a mobile dude to fix it anyone have any fixes or ideas bits anything please help i am running out of cash only had the car four months i love the car but these problems are killing me

Sounds like a fair bit of bad luck there David! Don't be put off by it! I would be checking the fuel pump controller as Dan suggested. Have you tried running the fuel pump on a higher voltage level? If that still doesn't fix it I would then look at the ISC valve or the fuel filter. Adam's suggestion is a good one too.
The fuel pump controller isn't too hard to pull out. Maybe try and find a member who'll help you and swap with there own controller to see if that's the problem.

Don't get me started, I'll give you a run through black spur and we'll see who has the sports car.
The thingoes on top of your plugs are the coils, they have been known to play up on the TT's. I'm not sure where or even if they have igniters. Hopefully someone with a bit more TT knowledge will come along shortly. Good luck.
It could also possibly be the idle control valve. Run a search.
