G'day guys. Is it normal for my soarer jzz30 1jz TT to sit on 3,500 rpm at roughly 90? When does it change into 4th at 120?

4th gear change can be had @ 62-63km/h under light , normal , driving conditions .

Sounds like your Overdrive isnt working properly . Try checking fluid levels , could also be a solenoid issue .
