Hi all.
Been a while since i owned one and now got one again. some questions if anyone can help:
1. I had blitz nur spec mufflers on my 1jz stock exhaust. will these fit directly onto the v8? Looks similar just want to make sure before i break bolts! 2. I have air bag suspension. ride height is high. the buttons don't seem to work, would this have been disabled? the upholstery seems to be sitting high. Im wondering if buttons are just not touching. 3. On start up you hear the suspension pump switching on and of continuously however I've left car for few days and no leak apparent. any comments?

The mufflers may bolt in depending on exhaust set up you had before and what you have now. As for the air bag suspension i found mine sat high on normal and sat like a 4x4 on high. An after market height controller will fix that. It sounds like the bags are holding air so there isn't any problems there.

You should hear a pumping noise for around 15-20 seconds on startup, that's normal. You might be getting confused with the nitrogen accumulator. Once the car is running and there are no noises, leave the car running and hop out of the drivers seat. You will then hear the suspension pump up the front right bag - that's what the suspension pump sounds like. If the startup sound is different, it will be the accumulator.

Cheers guys. I have fitted the exhausts no problem so aftermarket 1jz mufflers bolt straight onto the V8's for anyone else wondering.
Regarding the suspension. Can it be because i start the car up without me sitting in it?
Like i said, the ride height has not changed. The car has been sitting there for 3 weeks and no change in suspension height.
Just so i am more clear on the ride height question. The actual button that is supposed to click from High to Low, doesnt click, it feels like its just loose, like its not doing anything. Could this be disconnected?
I've done a lot of research, but not specific to this. I tried flicking the TEMS from sports to normal, that seems to work, i can notice change in handling.
Would it be worth purchasing the aftermarket height controller from R-Spec? anyone have a unit they wish to sell?
Also anyone know people who stock aftermarket expansion tanks? i got one off someone through here and its also cracked.

Take the High/Low button out of the gear shift surround, gently prise off the top rocker part of the switch, under it should be a thin "finger" thing which pushes the switch from side to side. The one on my car had broken off and the switch did nothing- glue it back on if this is the problem
