Can someone help me, me soarer has developed an oil leal which is dripping from the rubber bung in the chassis frame just forward of the left rear wheel. the oil is a light grade, odourless type which rules out engine, trans + brake fluid. i cant figure how it would get into there and can only think it is entering the frame rail up front. could it be A/C oil?

Wayne =)
Not sure what it could be exactly.. Could it be dripping from the boot where the breathers are?
Neils probably right hehe

Nice try but no oil carried in the boot, thought it may have been from a leaking shock but the position is wrong

have found the source, its anti-freeze. the heater is leaking and the water/anti-freeze is entering the frame rail, the water then evaporates and what is left is AF residue. Bugger now to fix the #### thing.

Hey Wayne, I hope it ain't leaking from the main matrix, coz that's a MAJOR!!.

As in: It's a 2 day jobby, involving MAJOR amounts of cussing (if you're doing it yourself), or MAJOR amounts of bucks, if getting some other dude to do it for you
