here is my BFI / Air box thingo. Used some insulated rubber from CLarke Rubber simmilar to Michael Keen's stuff, but mine is thinner as i couldn't get thicker at the time.
I may just buy some thicker stuff and re-do it again one day.
I dont use a lid, coz mine touches at the bonnet *so it already has one i spose*
Good stuff guys, thats all I wanted, kinda like a compare and contrast as mine has been done a while back but might look to do a few otehr bits to it. MAny thanks Peter.

James, from what i've done similar on Anthony Slezak's car i'd think you box isn't touching the underside of the bonnet all the way around and a fair amount of the positive air pressure will be escaping into the engine bay. I have templates for mine which I can mail if you liek. Its a good basis for a starting point at least, if you want a potentiall better setup.
Morgan, make a piece of aluminium than spans the gap between the air box and the radiator support panel so the air does not escape (insulate the underside of the aluminium if you can find something to stick to it. My bet is you will notice the seat of pants power increase for about $10.
