This is kinda directed at Mark since i know he has bi-amped his system but if anyone else has ideas...

I now have two stock 94 EMV amps mounted in the car and want some ideas on how to run them. The rest of the system is completely stock save for a pair of Jaycar crossovers for the fronts.

My understanding Mark is that you used one amp for the front/rear and sub and one amp for the tweeters?

Im wondering if i can wire it the other way as one amp just for 2 tweeters seems a bit of a waste :-)

Or would it be possible to just parallel the amps and therefore better results because they are not being driven so hard?

Also, im not finding much info on the web re: active crossover brands/models recommendations - any thoughts?

Or....... should i just bridge the amps and run one for the front and one for the rear? :-)

Why not just buy a new amp that will give you the power you require?

You could Bi Amp it, however you will need an active crossover. I wouldnt bother. For that money, you could replace the 2 stock amps and add some new speakers.

Im not sure about bridging the amps. Im not sure if they can handle it. I wouldn't think they were designed for that.

Mark will know.

Because i already have two stock amps installed, it looks completely factory-spec and it cost me a grand total of $35 :-)
