For a sub amp the quality of sound is not so important, just power. Any amp that is capable of providing the power you want into the impedance of your sub will do. More info needed!! What impedance sub and how much power (RMS Watts is the ONLY rating that means anything rergarding power)

At the risk of sounding like a broken rercord i'd go the Jaycar AA-0424. It can make over 500WRMS into 4 ohms in bridge mode; a near perfect match for your speaker and it's cheap too.

Well the MRD-M605 will give you double the power of the MRP-M350 (400wrms Vs 200wrms) so if they are the same or similar price i would go for the 605 as 400wrms will be plenty to get most subs thumping away nicely

This is what Alpine says about the two:
MRP-M350 Providing up to 700Watts of power, this efficient Class-D amplifier is the perfect addition to add subwoofers to your system. Famous Alpine quality combined with Bass Engine features for extra bass tuning will add that missing dynamic to your system
700W x 1 (Max) 350W x 1 RMS [2Ohms @ 14.4V (1% THD)] 200W x 1 RMS [4Ohms @ 14.4V (1% THD)] Bass Engine Variable LP Crossover Bass EQ RCA or Speaker Level Inputs MOSFET Power Supply
MRD-M605 High performance subwoofers place high demands on amplifiers and require enormous power for maximum performance. That's why we developed the ultra-efficient, ultra high-power V12 Class-D digital mono amplifiers. They're designed to
600W x 1 RMS [2Ω @ 14.4V 1% THD] 400W x 1 RMS [4Ω @ 14.4V 1% THD] 400W x 1 RMS [2Ω @ 12V 1% THD] 250W x 1 RMS [4Ω @ 12V 1% THD] S/N Ratio 90dBA (IHF A Weighted Reference at Rated Power into 4Ω) Thermal Management

Fronts are 4.5" (nearer 5" than 4 and 5" will fit)in all cars. With factory sub then rears are the same as front. Without factory sub rears are 6" (6.5" will fit) The plastic mountings are different for the rear speakers with/without sub.
