For a sub amp the quality of sound is not so important, just power. Any amp that is capable of providing the power you want into the impedance of your sub will do.
More info needed!! What impedance sub and how much power (RMS Watts is the ONLY rating that means anything rergarding power)

At the risk of sounding like a broken rercord i'd go the Jaycar AA-0424. It can make over 500WRMS into 4 ohms in bridge mode; a near perfect match for your speaker and it's cheap too.

Well the MRD-M605 will give you double the power of the MRP-M350 (400wrms Vs 200wrms) so if they are the same or similar price i would go for the 605 as 400wrms will be plenty to get most subs thumping away nicely

Chris, try a search in the ALSC archive:

Mark Paddick wrote on Sunday, June 19, 2005 - 6:43 pm::

Fronts are 4.5" (nearer 5" than 4 and 5" will fit)in all cars.
With factory sub then rears are the same as front.
Without factory sub rears are 6" (6.5" will fit)
The plastic mountings are different for the rear speakers with/without sub.

Saw a repco advert yesterday. Kicker 120.2 is on sale for $99. RRP $249

I had this running my 10" sub without any problems at all, and is a very clean amp.
