well.. i'm planning to get my emv converted in the future ( can't afford near $1000 at the moment )

Anyway, I just tried self EMV test thing...ACC,ON,ACC... stuff to see if it has any error on TV.

I expected OK or E12 error code... but TV section say "no connection"( of course in Japanese )

What's the possible problem ? is that just disconnection of TV tuner or something ?

One more short question...
Is it possible to take EMV off and replace genuine climate control unit separately ?

Coz.. If the EMV doesn't mean to me anything(in case TV is malfunction), I just wanna get rid of it.

I like to watch you saying :-)

Perhaps your car no longer has the TV unit under the drives side rear seat or as you suggested it is simply unplugged.
