what type of head unit is it? did you check that there is power in the remote wire before connecting to the amp? is there power going to the amp? checked the amp wiring kit fuse etc?

Best way to check the Amp is connected, and test it's powering up is to grab a multi-meter and put the red lead on the +ive, and the black lead on the Negative.
You should read from 11.4v to 13.4v.
If you get this, you have successfully powered up the Amp with constant and earth.
Now, turn headunit on as well, and take the read lead from the +ive on the amp, and move it to the Remote.
You should read 12V (roughly), if not, it's not getting remote signal.
Now, if it's not getting remote signal, the quickest way to power up the amp is to run a thin jumper from +ive to Remote, and it will activate the amplifier, and you should then get sound.
If you get sound, the rest of the install is good, and there is a problem with your remote wire.
Easiest way to overcome this is to connect the remote wire to the accessories power wire at the back of the headunit, as the remote wire pushes 12V positive current to activate the amp, and the accessories wire does pretty much the same to activate the headunit.

yea it turned out to b no power in the remote wire so i had to connect it ot the accesories... n all was sweet...but now another problem.. the 4ch amp powers all speakers fine.. but when i connect the mono block amp to the sub it blows a fuse all the time?? what is the cause of this?? is it a bad amp??

Take the amp out, get a walkman and RCA to Stereo head jack lead, run the amp directly off the car battery, and place a jumper from +ive to remote wire, get a small speaker and wire it to one of the channels the RCA is going to be plugged into, and set the amp up completely independant of anything else in the car.
If it seems to work fine setup like that (ie, no blowing fuses), then you have an install wiring issue, if it's still blowing fuses, it's a problem with the amp.
