I just went to change my door speakers and found 4 wires connected to the original speakers, but my new speakers only have places for 2 wires to go to it, what do i do? what are the extra 2 wires for? will my factory tweeter still work if i wire up my new speakers>?

Just splice the tweeter wires to your speakers. You should get some sound comming through but they won't be that loud though.
