Hey guys,

During my search on ebay for parts etc I found these and thought they might be helpful to some people who still are having trouble changing the speaker size in the front door pods. For those that could not be bothered making their own than these sound like a helpful alternative..

Excellent find, the best thing is they cover up all the holes the factory box creates. :-)

I bought a set and they arrived the other day. Quality is okay, nothing outstanding but they look like they will do the job.

I haven't compared them to the door panel openings yet as I haven't pulled the door apart yet.

So matt this replaces the entire black enclosure ?
Let me know how you go when you mount it up

Since I haven't pulled apart my door either, is the black enclosure sealed or does it vent into the door behind it ?

Also found a 12" custom sub boot enclosure made specifically for a soarer.

Would be expensive to post assembled however you could see if the seller is willing to sell it disassembled

I saw these a while ago also, how much the total cost on these Matt?

Still may change my VDO 4" Splits to 6.5" Splits if these work well.

Also, can you fit decent speakers in (in terms of depth?) I would be hoping to fit some nice splits.
