Here you go

Although you don't have to remove any of the rear panels as you can just carefully pull the shelf out once the rear seats are out, just don't bend it too much or it will break

David,

Remove lower Rear seat.

Remove 3 x 14mm bolts holding upper rear seat in.

Using flat bladed screwdriver gentle remove the subwoofer cover fromt he pacel tray cover (if subwoofer is fitted).

Gentle bend inward from left and right (and bring towards front of car) the wooden insert cover for the parcel tray.

Once removed, you will have the speakers and subwoofer mounting screws and bolts exposed to you, remove and replace as required.

Installation is pretty much the reverse of this.

I agree with brian, its a pretty simply task once you remove the rear seat. I upgraded the stock sub in the parcel shelf for a more modern 10", and added a 12" in an infinite baffle enclosure in the boot, run both in parallel, and it kicks quite nicely. Oh, and you surely find out if you have any rattles in the rear once getting some low frequency audio running !

The 6.5's are an easy fit also. I have done the same.
